I went through the drive thru at like 11:40 and I got no service whatsoever. Online the hours on a Saturday are from 5 am to 12 am so I assumed that I had like 20 minutes. But I sat there feeling like an idiot cause I was sitting there getting no service. Anyway, I called the restaurant and explained the situation and what happened (I was talking to the manager) and she basically was just like “nope we’re only open until 11, we can’t change the hours online”. Not even like “oh I’m sorry for the misunderstanding” it was pretty rude and I don’t want to go there again because it was straight up not okay.
Reliable McDonald's. Great location on HWY 10. Clean bathrooms. We all know the food, there is nothing to say. Tons of parking, the fries are always fresh.
We have always stopped here as this is a halfway point for a trip we take 8 times per year. We now will never stop again. Poor services, poor worker attitude and not worth the money.
Two cheeseburgers and a large coffee should never cost $5 at a McDonald's restaurant unless your on a Hawaiian island. $3.50 maybe. Anywhere else thats approximately the cost. Little Falls,Mn. They should be wearing masks as they are robbing you for what you get. Terrible
Decided to go to McDonalds last night, but I checked their hours online to make sure they would be open, the hours the company stated online are from 5 am to midnight. However after driving twenty miles and arriving a bit after 11:30, well before midnight they were closed. This morning I called back and told them about how their hours online are not accurate and they should update. The manager Brianna said they couldn't change those hours, but I manage a google page and google asks for the admin to update the hoirs themselves. In conclusion, I drove 20 miles in hope of some big macs, had to get whoppers instead, and the manager Brianna said they close at 11 and that we should know that.
Never have any of the advertised specials. Customer always has to wait longer than "normal" for drive thru.
