Quality, trustworthy, excellent service
This is an excellent place to get work done on your car. I was a visitor in Little Falls from Bemidji last week. The temperature light indicated I had an issue. After a local suggested them, I looked them up to see their google rating, 4.6 stars. They deserve 5 stars! They went out of their way to get the needed parts. I only had so much money and Shawn made sure I had a little left to eat and get back home. I dropped it off at 7:30am, they took me to my class, and had my car done so I could pick it up on my lunch. It runs so much better now, my heater wasn't doing so good the last couple weeks, after they fixed the temperature issue, it works great now too, BONUS! So happy to find them. Top notch place! Thank you for taking such good care of me!
The experience I had at Rudolph was absolutely top notch. I have purchased many used cars in my life from great car dealers to not so great car dealers. The experience I had here however was second to none. Shawn (My salesman) was extremely knowledgeable in the vehicle I was interested in, he was in no way shape or form a "Pushy" used car salesman. I ended up buying the vehicle and I am very happy I did, before buying it I could tell it was gone through with a fine tooth comb and anything that needed to be fixed was. I did end up having a minor issue with my air shocks, I brought it in to have one of the mechanics take a look and before I could ask and see if one was available, Shawn, in his suit and tie crawls under my car to see if he can remedy the issue. After he fully explained what the issue was (which wasn't really an issue to begin with, just my lack of knowledge in cars) he insisted the mechanic take a look anyway to verify his findings were correct. It is things like that that make a person want to continue to go back when it comes time to buy a new car or even for a simple oil change. If anyone reading this is on the fence on weather to buy a car or have your car serviced at Rudolph, go do it you won't be disappointed. If Shawn and/or the guys at Rudolph are reading this, Thank you for everything.
