Terrible. I got just the basic automatic car wash, it sprayed my with the soap then stopped working and told me I needed to back up, so I backed up, then it told me I needed to go forward, I sat going from drive to reverse inside the car wash for at least 10 minutes. Once the spray arm moved enough for me to get my car past, without damaging the equipment, I opened the door by the blow dryers and drove out. When I called the number on the front of the building I got hung up on. Never again.
