I don't return items often but this is my 2nd within a year. And 2nd time being treated poorly. But this time I was called a liar. I special ordered a crib mattress. Went to the counter & picked it up. This was the only reason for my trip. Stopped at the door greeter to show my receipt & then realized the mattress was ripped. And you can tell it was by something very sharp like a box cutter. Walked straight back to the pick up counter to have them reorder one since it was clearly damaged by them. The returns counter employee told me that it was not like that & she inspected it herself! Really?! Get the security tapes cause I certainly (a) don't have anything on me that sharp & (b) I didn't even get out of the store. Plus I walked along the front where all the cashiers were. If I set the mattress down & cut it someone would have seen me. The only positive part was there was another returns person working & she returned it for me. I was allowed to return it & get my money back but they were not able to replace the item. I would have to reorder it online. If they would have just reordered it & replaced it I would have been mad but went along with it & not be writing this. Now I will not reorder it! Plus I will no longer be a customer. I will take my business elsewhere!
You know Walmart has just about everything you could ever want and this particular one is relatively new and located conveniently right off Highway 100 get whatever you need especially around Christmas time when everybody needs something and I'm one of those people who wants to get everything how you can get Subway inside that place and I think you could even buy cigarettes

I know nights get busy, but it would be nice if more than 3 checkouts were open at 5pm on a friday night.
