Worse service I've ever had at a place. They switch you with different people while they are helping you with a device. When I go in there it's always 3-4 people and they are all sitting at the desk doing nothing. If I were you I would go to Radio Shack or to the Verizon Store in St. Cloud. It's worth the trip there and much better service plus you are not treated as a number but as a person.
Did a very good job setting up my smart phone and helping me find the device that would fit for me. I was very satisfied with the customer service at this store!
