The day of, she was timely with her delivery and very happy to set up. The flower arrangements were beautiful! I had so many complements on them. They were so much better than what ideas I "created" from Pinterest. The were fresh and didn't wilt all day. I couldn't be happier with the turn out. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jan and would highly recommend Falls Floral for anyone looking for beautiful flower arrangements for the wedding!
After calling at 8:05 am to tell the woman I was not going to be at work (was being sent flowers to local address). Was told by woman delivery man was already out, had my order with him but he WOULD NOT leave an arrangement at a place that the customer was not. She told me she would call me back when he returned. I waited for several hours (wasting my time and stopping me from doing the things I needed to do). I called back, was rudely told by woman he never brought them back. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW HOURS BEFORE, AFTER BEING TOLD HE WOULD NOT LEAVE THEM, AND SHE WOULD CALL ME RIGHT BACK WHEN HE RETURNED (after I had called and asked). SO I HAD TO SPEND MY DAY HUNTING DOWN MY ARRANGEMENT, the chocolates were smashed, and the pink square vase was cracked all the way through, and seeing as the box it was delivered in was wet marked and dried that means it WAS PUT IN A CRACKED VASE and had been since the beginning. I went into the store to try and talk to the woman that was so rude on the phone to tell her after hours and having to drive all over and find it myself that I had gotten possession on my arrangement. I WILL NEVER purchase anything from your store again. It was all EASILY AVOIDABLE, and the product was broken and substandard. I also tell everyone about my experience, I have never had such a bad experience ever, and I have lived all over the world.

Falls Floral provided my wedding day flowers. I met with Jan with a very rough idea of what I wanted. She completely took off with it and really enhanced the theme/decor I had envisioned. I live out of state so our main communication was over the phone. She was always very professional and so enthusiastic throughout. She was very understanding when I last minute found and error in my center pieces calculation after the deadline for changes.
