Service was almost non-existent. Had to actually stop the man in the blue gloves to get any service. Blue gloves? Why? Um......scary. Food was old and you could tell. Sad, I had my friends come with me cuz I wanted Chinese food. What a waste of time. Even the fortune cookies were so old that an old molasses cookie would've tasted better. So disappointed. If there was a zero star option, I'd choose it.
The food was decent. The service was anything but decent. Waiter would not make eye contact. I had to find him and ask to take our order. I had to find him and ask for a "to go box". Not sure why he wore blue rubber gloves.
Would have given 0 stars if I could have. We went to the Great Wall Friday night and it was awful, and we've gone there a lot. The buffet was nearly empty, 9 things were totally out. We waited 15 minutes to see if it was filled, we gave them that much. My husband got one eggroll, and I got 3 cream cheese wontons, and a cup of tea. We decided we'd just pay for what we had and leave. He was not apologetic at all that the buffet was not filled and said he'd just charge us the price of one buffet, saying it would be cheaper than individual prices-not true, I looked at the menu. We decided to wait-rather than pay for nothing. Food was terrible when we finally got some. They were getting a lot of to-go orders, and more people in there than I've seen in a long time. I don't think they're prepared for more customers with the China Dragon closing. I was more surprised at how indifferent he was with us, especially as regular customers. Will definitely not recommend ever.
The food was clearly left out for quite awhile, not only was it unpleasant tasting it was rough to even chew it. I didn't finish my first plate. When I was in highschool this place was pretty decent as far as buffet style Chinese, but it has fallen significantly since then.
No star! Dirty windows walking in. They guy wasn't friendly didn't even greet or smile. The food choices either looked like it's been sitting out awhile or near empty. I pretty much walked out and went to a different location for dinner.
