The pool has a brown scummy line at water level on the tiles. They would benefit immensely draining the pool and giving it a good scraping.. scrubbing wouldn't even help. The hot tub is even dirtier. The rest of the place is ok at best, the staff is friendly about 80% of the time I go there which is at least 2 times a month. For about 20.00 more you can stay at the country Inn and suites 2 blocks away and it's super clean with a 100% friendly staff!

Loved it .. have stayed in many AmericInn last month and was very happy with staff and management. Was upgraded one night to sauna room that was amazing. I work 10 to 12 hours a day and sauna was awesome...thanks
Rented us a suite even though they don't actually have suites. I was specific about the number of people staying in the room (five) and the room they tried to give us was a closet with two double beds and no room for a rollaway. They offered the phone number to the competitor across the street where we could have had an actual suite for less money and when I tried to cancel she smirked at me and told me they had a 24 hour cancellation policy (why give me the number then?) I had to pay for a safe I didn't get. Room, facilities and service were subpar. I wouldn't stay here.
Our National Guard organization had a very poor experience with the Little Falls, MN AmericInn Lodge & Suites. We had a formal event scheduled for July 15th, 2017, in order to prepare we reserved rooms a month in advance. Upon our arrival we found that 5 out of 16 reservations were not made, however, our credit cards were still charged for the room. We had to split and share rooms due to no vacancy. We had several talks with management and they assured us our cards were not charged and would not be charged, however, I have a posted transaction on my credit cart statement, which proves they did charge without providing any service. I will be calling back tomorrow to continue to resolve this issue.
